the building is old but they have renovated one by one, and they cleaned well and have enough facility. the stuff is very kind. We have stayed many times, it worth it!

The location was excellent, right outside of the station. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the room and rate were perfect for my stay there.

The all you can eat breakfast was great. Kept my son and I skiing till dinner. The location in front of the train station was cool watching shinkansens scream by. Hotel was a little dated, but that gave it a homey atmosphere. The breakfast staff were really kind as were the front desk staff. I'd definitely stay here again. Free parking was a definite plus as we've stayed at hotels that cost upwards of 1,000 yen a night for parking.

The breakfast is pretty reasonable: 250 JPY. ALL YOU CAN EAT !! the taste is not bad. Overall, it is satisfying.
